Busy bee is a commercial beekeeping operation that is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We specialize in Pollination, Equipment, Honey Production, and breeding The Minnesota Hygienic Queen Bee.

    

The Minnesota hygienic Queen Bee is a hybrid  Italian. The Queen was Developed by Dr. Marla Spivak of the University of Minnesota.

     

 

Busy Bee’s goal is the promotion of beekeeping through research and education of beekeepers in conjunction with NCDA and NCSU in North Carolina.     

 

Busy Bee is a retailer for Brushy Mountain Bee Farm, a premier manufacturer of Beekeeping Equipment.

 

Busy Bee Manufactures All Hives and Supers made of Cyprus Wood.
